Objections to the Revised Code of Practice:

The Chiropractors Registration Ordinance, empowers our Council to write its own Rules and Code. There is no mention of either of these having to be identical to the dental or the medical code. We are revised to be more restricted, including the public education of our profession.

Article 27 of the Basic Law in Hong Kong states that “Hong Kong residents shall have freedom of speech, of the press and of publication; freedom of assoc⋯⋯iation, of assembly, of procession and of demonstration; and the right and freedom to form and join trade unions, and to strike.”

CDAHK has always believe, as a profession, agree on a set of principles that uphold our high professional standards, but also honouring the right for the Hong Kong Chiropractors to manage and promote our practices.

Please see the CDAHK's Objection on the revised Code of Practice for Registered Chiropractors. Please SUPPORT CDAHK and DCs' right and latitude to manage and promote our practices, within acceptable, ethical principles.
